    1. Becoming a leading program for vocational education in the field of excellence and competitive mechatronics based mechanical engineering
  2. Mission
    1. Manage education and teaching programs to produce associates and experts in the field of Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics concentration/specificity, especially in the textile industry with entrepreneurial spirit.
    2. Manage applied research programs in the field of Mechatronics that provide real added value to improving quality, productivity and industrial competitiveness and the quality of life of the nation.
    3. Make efforts to establish value continuously through institutional development and work procedures that are oriented towards developing competencies and strengthening integrity.
    4. Organize services to the community through the application of science and technology in the field of mechatronics, especially in the textile industry.
    5. Organize institutional cooperation with various private and public institutions and alumni to improve the quality and performance of mechatronic engineering study programs

  1. Graduation Profile:
    •  
      • Young Operation and Maintenance Technician: An Associate who is able to implement the field of mechatronics in operating and maintaining, especially industrial machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
      • Operation and Maintenance Planning Technician: An Associate who is able to implement the field of mechatronics in operating, maintaining, being able to analyze and improve and make maintenance plans
      • Senior Technician of Supervision Operation and maintenance: An Associate who is able to implement the field of mechatronics in operating and maintenance, and is able to analyze, make improvements, make maintenance plans, supervise and manage work according to the target of work.

     

    • Learning outcome:
      1. Attitudes:
        1. fear of God Almighty and be able to show religious attitude;
        2. respecting human values ​​in performing the duty, based on religion, morals, and ethics;
        3. internalizing the values, norms, and academic ethics
        4. having a role as citizens who take pride and patriotism, nationalism and have responsibility to the state and nation;

      1. Mastery of Knowledge
        1. Mastering knowledge about the techniques of communicating in Indonesian and English both written and oral in the field of mechatronics-based mechanical engineering
        2. Mastering the general principles of natural science and engineering, engineering science, and engineering design needed for the operation and maintenance of mechatronic-based machinery and equipment
        3. Mastering knowledge about codes and standards of work drawings, materials, electrical and electronic components, as well as quality for manufacturing a product
        4. Mastering the principles and procedures for workshops and laboratory activities, as well as the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
        5. Mastering the principles in general pneumatic, hydraulic and mechatronics control systems
        6. Mastering the process of making products principles using manual and mechatronic (CNC) machines and mastering practical skills for operation
        7. Mastering theoretical concepts in general how to test and measure mechatronics components, parts and systems
        8. Mastering knowledge about the latest mechatronics technological developments.

        1. Able to complete work with tasks that are broad in a specific field, and able to analyze information in a limited way, and choose the appropriate method from several standard choices
        2. Able to demonstrate quality and measurable performance from work that is entirely the result of independent work, without supervision
        3. Able to solve work problems with the usual nature and context, and be carried out and responsible independently of the results
        4. Able to compile written reports in a limited scope
        5. Able to work together, communicate, take the necessary initiatives in the context of the implementation of their works
        6. Able to be responsible for their own works and can be given responsibility for the quality and quantity of the other’s work
        7. Able to document, store, secure, and rediscover data to guarantee validity
      2. Special Skills
        1. Able to apply mathematics, natural science, and engineering principles into technical procedures and practices (technical practice) to solve engineering problems in the field of mechatronics-based machinery
        2. Able to identify and resolve engineering problems in the field of mechatronics-based machinery by using relevant data from codes, databases, and references, as well as choosing methods with regard to economic factors and OHS
        3. Able to choose, design and make simple machine elements, choose and design components of the mechatronics system, and make the process of making products using manual machines and mechatronics-based (CNC)
        4. Able to apply pneumatic & hydraulic control systems, and mechatronics
        5. Able to carry out the operation and maintenance of mechatronics systems on machines and equipment of an ongoing basis.
        6. Able to use and utilize modern technology and maintain mechatronics systems
        7. Able to test and measure the mechatronics system based on procedures and standards, as well as being able to analyze, interpret, and apply according to the designation
        8. Able to make a business plan and can implement it.
