VISION

To become an excellent study program in the field of Business Administration at the national and international levels by 2025.

MISION

  1. To implement education and teaching that produces graduates who are professional in the field of Business Administration, capable of filling various management positions in both national and international job markets, and/or possess entrepreneurial skills.
  2. To conduct applied research in the field of business administration and provide community service to assist in the development of industry, government, and the broader society.
  3. To cultivate an academic atmosphere among the academic community that fosters high productivity and work quality.
  4. To develop cooperation in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education with stakeholders, including industries, educational institutions both nationally and internationally, and/or government.

Graduates Profile
  

  • Entrepreneur : A Bachelor of Applied Science capable of planning, implementing, and controlling a business by utilizing knowledge and technology to solve business problems at the MSME scale; carrying out planning, implementation, and control within the operational functions of a business organization, from purchasing, production, marketing, and sales, to finance, HR and training, administration, and information technology to resolve issues that occur in MSME-scale businesses; and making appropriate decisions based on data and information in selecting various alternative business solutions, both independently and in a group.
  • Intrapreneur : A Bachelor of Applied Science capable of planning, implementing, and controlling a business for an owner by utilizing knowledge and technology to solve business problems at the MSME scale; carrying out planning, implementation, and control within the operational functions of a business organization—from purchasing, production, marketing, and sales, to finance, HR and training, administration, and information technology—to resolve issues that occur in MSME-scale businesses in accordance with the owner’s vision; and making appropriate decisions based on data and information in selecting various alternative business solutions, both independently and in a group, according to the owner’s vision.
  • Office Manager : A Bachelor of Applied Science capable of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising activities and resources by utilizing office knowledge and technology to solve office problems. They master office management concepts to solve problems related to employee elements, activities, and office equipment by utilizing the latest knowledge and technology; make appropriate decisions based on data and information analysis in managing the office; are able to provide guidance in choosing alternative solutions independently and in groups to solve issues with personnel, activities, and office equipment; and are responsible for the achievement of their work performance.
  • Executive Administrative Assistant : A Bachelor of Applied Science capable of assisting top leadership in planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the activities of a business organization by utilizing knowledge and technology to solve organizational problems; mastering the concepts and principles of managing a business organization by utilizing the latest knowledge and technology to help solve problems that occur in business organizations; and making appropriate decisions to assist top leadership based on data and information in choosing various alternatives for solving business organization management problems, both independently and in a group.

    • Graduates will:
      o Demonstrate devotion to God Almighty and a religious attitude.
      o Uphold human values in carrying out duties based on religion, morals, and ethics.
      o Contribute to the improvement of life in society, the nation, and the state, and to the progress of civilization based on Pancasila.
      o Act as proud citizens who love their homeland, possessing nationalism and a sense of responsibility to the country.
      o Respect cultural diversity, different viewpoints, religions, and beliefs, as well as the original findings of others.
      o Work collaboratively and show social sensitivity and concern for the community and the environment.

  2. Knowledge Mastery
    • Graduates will be able to:
      o Master office management concepts using the latest knowledge and technology to solve issues related to employees, activities, and equipment.
      o Apply the core principles of business organization management to assist in solving organizational issues.
      o Utilize concepts of planning, organizing, and controlling operational functions of a business (from purchasing to IT) to solve problems at the MSME scale.
      o Make effective decisions by selecting business solutions based on data and information.
      o Master techniques for professional business and office communication.
      o Stay current with the latest technological developments related to business and office management.
      o Apply procedural and operational knowledge for workshop, studio, and laboratory activities, including Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
  3. General Skills
    • Graduates will be able to:
      o Apply logical, critical, innovative, and measurable thinking to business tasks in accordance with professional competency standards.
      o Demonstrate independent, high-quality, and measurable performance in business administration and office management.
      o Analyze case studies on the application of technology in MSME administration, applying humanistic values to produce prototypes, standard procedures, or business designs.
      o Compile study results into professional documents like work papers and design specifications.
      o Make sound decisions based on standard procedures and safety requirements when supervising and evaluating business operations.
      o Maintain and develop professional networks and collaborations.
      o Take responsibility for team results and effectively supervise tasks assigned to subordinates.
      o Conduct self-evaluations of team performance and manage their own independent learning.
  4. Specialized Skills
    • Graduates will be able to:
      o Plan, organize, and control business operations at the MSME scale by utilizing modern technology.
      o Execute and manage all operational functions of a business, from purchasing to IT, to solve problems effectively.
      o Make accurate business decisions, both independently and in groups, based on data and information.
      o Plan, implement, and control business operations on behalf of an owner, aligning with their vision.
      o Manage office activities and resources effectively using modern office technology.
      o Assist top management in planning, organizing, and supervising business activities to solve organizational issues.
      o Provide clear guidance in selecting solutions for issues related to personnel, activities, and office equipment.


The profile of industries and companies where our alumni build their careers includes the manufacturing, trade, and government sectors, among others, including becoming entrepreneurs.

Competitive Advantage

This study program uses a curriculum based on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) that is relevant to the needs of the business and industrial world, and also excels in the application of information technology and mastery of the English language.
