To be an excellence center in the development and application of technology of refrigeration and air conditioning in Indonesia.

  1. Graduation Profile:
    •  
      • Refrigeration and air conditioning design engineer: Ahli Madya/ Associate Degree who are capable of performing cooling and heating load calculations, psychrometric analysis, component selection, airway system, piping, ventilation, electricity and control;
      • Installation, operation and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning engineer: Ahli Madya/ Associate Degree who are capable of performing installation, operation and maintenance of refrigeration system, air conditioning, electricity and control;
      • Marketing personnel of products of refrigeration system, air conditioning, electricity and control: Ahli Madya/ Associate Degree who are able to explain the characteristics and market the products of refrigeration system, air conditioning, electricity and control.

      1. Attitudes:
        1. fear of God Almighty and be able to show religious attitude;
        2. respecting human values ​​in performing the duty, based on religion, morals, and ethics;
        3. internalizing the values, norms, and academic ethics

      1. Mastery of Knowledge
        1. mastering the general theoretical concepts of natural science, principles and design to analyze refrigeration system, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        2. mastering the general theoretical concepts in f testing and measuring systems: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        3. mastering the general theoretical concepts of problem solving methods, resources, devices, and modern electrical and control technologies that appropriate to the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        4. mastering the knowledge and applicable standards to solve problems in the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        5. mastering the latest principles and issues in economic, social, ecological issues in the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        6. mastering knowledge of communication techniques;
        7. mastering the knowledge of the latest and current technological developments in the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        8. mastering the principles and procedures of workshops/ studios and laboratory activities, as well as implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) on the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control;
        9. Mastering the knowledge of working culture by prioritizing safety.

        1. completing wide-ranging work and analyze the data with a variety of suitable methods, both standard and non-standard ones;
        2. demonstrating performance with measurable quality and quanity;
        3. solving the problems with nature and context related to the area of expertise based on logical and innovative thinking, and responsible for the results independently;
        4. preparing the reports on results and work processes accurately and legitimately, effectively communicate to others who need them;
        5. responsible for the achievement of group work;
        6. supervising and evaluating the completion of work assigned to the worker under his/ her responsibility;
        7. conducting a self-evaluation process against working groups under his/ her responsibility, and manage the development of working competencies independently.
      2. Special Skills
        1. able to apply math, natural science, and engineering principles into teaching materials and modules of practice to solve problems in the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and welldefined control in the area of ​​specialization;
        2. able to identify and resolve problems in the system: refrigeration, air-conditioning, electricity and well-defined control using analysis of databases and references, and selecting methods by considering economic, health, public safety and environmental factors;
        3. able to design, analyze the design and realize parts of the system design: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control that meet specific needs with appropriate consideration of safety and public health and the environment;
        4. able to perform testing and measurement of the system: refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity and control based on procedures and standards, analyze, interpret and apply according to designation;
        5. able to use modern technology (electricity and control system) in designing, realizing the design and maintening of refrigeration system and air conditioning.
