Vision

Being a leading program in undergraduate degree in air conditioning and air conditioning field so that it can produce graduates who are competent in the field of cooling and air conditioning, immoral, have a passion to continue to grow, entrepreneurial spirit, and environmentally friendly.

Mission

  • Conducting a diploma 4 education that produces professional human resources in the field of refrigeration and air system;

      • Commercial and industrial refrigeration system designer: Bachelor of Applied Science capable of designing commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
      • Commercial and industrial air system designer: Bachelor of Applied Science capable of designing commercial and industrial airflow systems
      • Managers / coordinators / supervisors of installation and maintenance / repair of cooling and air conditioning installation systems: Applied Science sciences capable of managing / coordinating / supervising installation work and maintenance / repair of cooling and air conditioning installation systems
      • Building utility planners related to lighting, plumbing, and fire hazard prevention in buildings: Applied science graduates capable of building utility planning related to lighting, plumbing and prevention of fire hazards in buildings

        1. Able to utilize Science and Technology in the field of Cooling and Air Conditioning, and able to adapt to the situation encountered in solving problems in the field of Cooling and Air Conditioning
        2. Mastering the applied theoretical concepts of Cooling Technique and Air Conditioning in depth, and able to formulate problem solving in the field of Air Cooling Technique and procedural procedural.
        3. Able to make strategic decisions based on the analysis of information and data, and provide guidance in choosing various alternative solutions (problem solving) in the field of cooling and air conditioning techniques
        4. Able to determine employment rician, time / duration of work / work schedule, man-power, budget plan and cost of work both in maintenance work, installation and design of engineering cooling and air conditioning as well as building utilities

  • The industry and company profiles where alumni take their careers are as follows: Cooling / Refrigeration and Aircraft Engineering are two interdependent disciplines and related to a number of other disciplines, such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil & Architectural Engineering, Technology Food & Health, Physical Engineering, Chemical Engineering. Refrigeration system is not only used in household such as refrigerator, but also on commercial activities such as in supermarket, restaurant, warehouse, hotel, for food preservation / cooling, Besides that also for land-sea and air transportation activities, and used in industries, for example:

    • Milk Industry
    • Ice Factory
    • Gas Industry
    • Agro Industry (Agriculture, Plantation, Livestock)
    • Fishery / Marine Industry and others

    While the Air System System covers not only the comfort areas, both in households such as AC split and air conditioner windows, but also used in apartments, offices, banking, restaurants / cafes, hotels, convention centers, malls, airports, hospital for operating room, etc. In addition, the system is used in industries, for example for Sterile Chemical Process, Clean Room, Microchip Production, Storage Warehouse, and for Sea and Air Transportation. Due to the vast need for the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration system, it is necessary to be educated candidates skilled, professional, competent and master the field of refrigeration and aircraft engineering.

Graduates Excellence:

  • It is the only study program in Indonesia that conducts professional education in the field of Air Conditioning Engineering and Refrigeration at D4 (Bachelor of Applied Science), which is much needed especially for tropical countries.
