The Centre for Quality Assurance and Learning Development was established in 2010 as the Quality Assurance Unit (SPM) based on a decree by the Director of POLBAN No.3368/K8.R/OT/2010. In 2022, it was renamed the Centre for Quality Assurance and Learning Development (P2MPP) and formalized under the Regulation of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 61 of 2022. P2MPP is assigned for coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality assurance and learning development activities. Roles and responsibilities:

● SPMI Coordinator (Internal Quality Assurance System): Designs internal quality policies, sets higher education standards, conducts internal audits, implements audit outcomes, and develops monitoring tools.

● SPME Coordinator (External Quality Assurance System): Manages institutional and program accreditation and supports study programs in meeting external quality standards.

● Learning Development Coordinator: Oversees curriculum development, learning resources, and media; provides guidance on teaching activities; and evaluates their implementation.

● SIPM Coordinator (Higher Education Quality Information System): Develops quality assurance systems and compiles data on educational quality and learning development.
